What is your return policy?
All orders (that have not been customized) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date. Orders $200 and up are eligible for free return shipping. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label. See our full return policy here.
What size should I order?
See the size charts listed on each product page. If you're still unsure about the size--don't worry! You can always exchange it as long as we haven't customized it for you. We cannot guarantee fit based on measurements.
Do you sew patches, nametag holders, and badge tabs onto jackets?
Yes, however you MUST try on your jacket BEFORE we apply any patches or holders on, once they are sewn the jacket cannot be returned or exchanged. You will need to ship the jacket back to us with your patches at your expense.
Can I add a fur collar to my jacket?
Yes, however you MUST try on your jacket BEFORE we add the collar. It will need to be shipped back to us at your expense for this service.
What's the difference between goatskin and cowhide?
Cowhide: Thicker, heavier, more durable than goatskin
Goatskin: Thinner, softer, lighter and more water-resistant than cowhide, but less abrasion resistant and less durable
Where are your jackets made?
Our jackets are now manufactured by third parties and imported from Pakistan and Colombia. We are no longer able to manufacture jackets in the United States. If you're skeptical about the quality of the leather or craftsmanship of an imported jacket, order one and see why we believe they are the finest garments to ever carry the Taylor's Leatherwear label.
Do you offer quantity discounts?

Can I order a jacket in any color other than black?
Yes, we offer custom versions of our jackets in navy blue and brown. See our made to order jackets page for more details.
What is your warranty/guarantee? Do I need to register my product to be eligible?
All Taylor's jackets are guaranteed for at least five years. There is no registration or proof of purchase required for repairs covered under our guarantee. See the full guarantee details here.
How long will it take my in stock order to ship?
In stock orders ship within 5 business days, unless we are waiting on your patches to arrive.
How long will it take to deliver my jacket once it has shipped?
We ship all US online orders via UPS Ground, which takes 1-5 business days.
International shipment time varies by country and service selected.
How long will my backorder take to ship?
Delivery for backordered items can vary from a few days to a few months. Ordering one of our "best sellers" will guarantee the quickest delivery.
How long will my special order take to ship?
The typical delivery for special order jackets is 60-90 days, but can take longer.
I'm trying to get my department to approve one of your styles for wear on duty, can you help?
Yes, we are happy to provide any information needed to help get one of our jackets approved for wear in your department. Contact us for specification sheets, formal quotes, samples and more.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, however we prefer online orders so that you can track your order status, returns, and more through our online store.

Can my department submit a purchase order?
Yes, your department or government agency can submit a purchase order which will be invoiced via email and paid via check or credit card. Please note that payment is required before jackets can be shipped--terms are not usually extended. Contact us to begin this process.
