Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include custom jackets and jackets that have been altered in any permanent way (patches sewn on, sleeves shortened, etc.) and products shipped internationally.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your original order in the box with instructions to either return or exchange the item.
Please do not send jackets purchased through our authorized retailers directly back to Taylor's Leatherwear, those returns/exchanges must be processed through the retailer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can be returned at the customer's expense for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase unless noted otherwise in the item description.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it, send us an email at rpatton@taylorsleatherwear.com and send your item to: Taylor's Leatherwear, Inc, 1205 Five Points Road, Tullahoma TN 37388, United States.
Please indicate on a printed copy of your original order form what item and size you wish to receive in exchange. If the exchanged item is of a different value than your original purchase or is out of stock, you will be contacted for additional payment when necessary.
Shipping
Return shipping is free for orders $300 and up within the United States. Email rpatton@taylorsleatherwear.com to request a return label which will be emailed to you.

Drop the package off at any authorized Fedex or UPS drop off location, depending on the carrier listed on the label.
Free return or exchange services are limited to one shipment per order, domestic orders only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
